What we need

What we have in place
  • We currently have standard copy explaining organizational overview, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an event page with supporting details, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,348 , allowing us to invest in youth programming.

Engaging with the local community on initiatives that transcend the sport of wrestling is important. This community event engages local politicians, health and wellness providers, school administrators, and youth development organizations in a way that highlights wrap around services available to our youth and the community.

  • Volunteer Manager shares existing marketing materials, mission statement, and program descriptions for Professional to incorporate into press release

  • Professional writes draft of press release and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager gives feedback, which Professional incorporates
  • Professional delivers final version of press release
  • (Optional) Volunteer Manager incorporates Press Release into Press Kit

Beat the Streets Philadelphia (BTSP) is a sports-based youth development nonprofit that is committed to fostering the holistic growth of student-athletes living in at-risk under-served communities. BTSP implements mentoring, academic support, and wrestling programs throughout the greater Philadelphia region as vehicles to 'Positively Alter Life's Trajectory.'
