Project details

What we need
  • A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
Additional details

We will have ready for you a detailed outline and narrative arc, final copy and story boarding for most pages. This is our inaugural Impact Report and will overview our ten years as an organization & showcase recent impact outcomes. Seeking recommendations for the best digital format for distribution (primary form of distribution) but will want to print some copies as well.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an outline and copy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have data points, quotes from beneficiaries, partners and support, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to financially underwrite 4 girls' tuitions to attend the Kitenga girls Secondary School in Tanzania.

We are turning ten years old in January! Thousands of people have supported our work and we are finally at the point of realized impact. We are also about to step into a new decade of expanded work so conveying our past, communicating our results and preparing for the future are of utmost importance to us right now. We plan to distribute this Report before our end of year fund raising appeal.

Our mission

We equip marginalized girls to transcend their circumstances, realize their fullest potential and become catalysts for change, through the transformative power of education. We do this via allyships with locally-driven initiatives in underserved rural areas of developing countries.

What we do

Girls Education Collaborative (GEC) brings social change through the transformational power of girls education and our fight for global gender equality. We link arms with local change agents in rural, under-served geographical regions with high rates of gender inequality and economic poverty. We help girls transform their own lives through education.

We do this by establishing pivotal partnerships with advocates within a community to catalyze and support their local initiatives centered on educating girls. Our support is responsive, flexible, and multi-faceted, and can include financial and technical assistance, thought partnership, and project management.

Testimonials

Xenia is a delightful professional to work with. Though she is earlier-on in her career, she is talented and understands design and is a good listener. She helped us design an annual report and we are getting RAVE reviews!
