What We Need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional Details

We have a current employee handbook, we want to make sure that verbiage is correct and make sure there aren't any state laws missing

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a HRM, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to pull more cats and dogs from high kill shelters

I am a one person department and have only been in HR for 2 years. I want to make sure that we are doing what we can to keep both employees and the organization safe.
