What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

Our organization's website is a template on Weebly. Unfortunately, Weebly has informed us that the template will be discontinued and will not be supported for much longer, so we are needing to redesign our website.

What we have in place
  • All of our information is already on our website - we just need it reformatted in a new template that is supported by Weebly.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to connect with our patients and donors.

This project will help us reach our audience to inform them of our resources. It gives us the platform to connect with future patients and donors. We use our website to communicate important information and to serve as an educational tool for clients.

Prep: Share Scope of Changes
  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site
