Project details

What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
Additional details

We need a T-shirt design to help build community feeling in our college access program. Potentially, the shirts will be offered for sale to our volunteers and supporters.

What we have in place
  • We currently have brand guidelines, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have previous successful merchandise designs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,550 , allowing us to support our scholars to reach their college goals.

We are hosting one of our first post-pandemic in-person events, and would like to offer T-shirts to our students and their mentors to help build excitement, community, and spirit.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

Milestone 2: Design Phase
  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Finalizing Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications
