What we need
  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators

The Best Buddies Living program represents one of our organization's four key mission pillars, Inclusive Living. This program fosters an integrated experience for people with and without IDD to become active, contributing citizens who live independently.
* Create a replicable, sustainable Best Buddies Living model that can be rolled out to other locations
* Create a staffing model that will have a hierarchy of roles that provides adequate time-off, while still providing 24/7 coverage

What we have in place
  • We currently have Business plan draft and marketing materials and budget, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Part of larger org. and reference to an active program, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to Expand to new markets and serve more participants.

* Create a staffing model that will have a hierarchy of roles that provides adequate time-off, while still providing 24/7 coverage
* Make Best Buddies Living more accessible to a variety of demographics.
* We need a risk-analysis to make sure we have the appropriate safeguards for our organizations and our participants.
* Research and develop a Best Buddies Living Advisory Board
