What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We have a draft revision of our employee handbook, and I'd love to get a professional's take on the proposed document. We don't have an HR professional on our staff, and our revisions were written based off of another example document.
What we have in place
- We currently have a draft of our recently revised employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our old employee handbook and other policies on hand, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to provide more financial support to the women in our economic empowerment program.
We just had a staff member depart our organization after breaking some rules and our current employee handbook did not give me (the ED) enough tools to resolve the situation in a swift manner. I need more information for staff, a clear definintion of the reprimand process and an example of some work-from-home policiesas well.
