Program Strategy & Goals

Project Details

What We Need
  • Evaluation of current programmatic needs and how a program plan can address them
  • Recommendations for an appropriate course of action to reach the desired objectives, including guidance on how to allocate resources and measure success
  • Plan that outlines the resources and steps required to reach short- and long-term goals
Additional Details

Our nonprofit is an auto-repair shop and we have maximized what we can accomplish with our current resources. We are looking to expand our operations (by hiring more staff, expanding our hours of operations, and possibly adding new programs) in order to serve more clients each month. Planning for this type of (major) growth has been a challenge to get started... we need some outside expertise to help us consider the pros/cons of adding staff, adding hours, etc. so we can make the best next move.

What We Have In Place
  • We have worked to develop a system that works really well for us and we don't want to overhaul that... we want to build off of it but we aren't sure what the best next step is for our growth. We need a volunteer who wants to spend some time getting to know how we work, reviewing our key performance indicators, hearing about what we've tried in the past and what our goals are for helping more clients.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $6,775 , allowing us to work with experts to develop and implement a successful operational expansion at the start of our next fiscal year.

We are a nonprofit that exists to provide low-cost auto repair to low-income clients in Minnesota. We have existed since 2013 and have steadily grown (adding more garage stalls, more Technicians, more Service Advisors and eventually purchased our own building). We have maxed out our current staff and resources and are determining the best way to continue our growth. The project helps us have a bigger impact -serving more clients each month.
