What We Need
  • A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional Details

Business development strategy/plan for nonprofit consulting and technical assistance.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a strategic plan, current and past client information and a "sales" pipeline in Salesforce.
We are looking to take this information and develop a more formal business development plan and targets/goals.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to reduce other costs for nonprofit partners

Our consulting services are working towards a more sustainable business model, which requires growth in number of clients served. The more nonprofits we support, the more impact in the community.

Our Mission

To build the capacity of nonprofits so they can make positive change in their communities.

What We Do

The Nonprofit Partnership has a direct and profound impact on our community by ensuring thousands of nonprofit professionals, board members and volunteers receive the tools and resources they need to be successful and make their organizations thrive. We provide affordable access to high-quality services that are sorely needed by nonprofits today: programming and resources that focus on building the capacity of our local community organizations by promoting collaborative opportunities, enhanced resource development, networking opportunities, custom support services and year round educational seminars and workshops.

Since 1993, TNP has provided support to over 400 nonprofit organizations each year by helping to build their skills, strengthen their foundations, and enhance their ability to better serve their communities through education, human services, healthcare, hunger and homelessness, the arts and beyond. We serve community organizations in over 35 cities across Southern California with a focus on Long Beach, the South Bay and the Gateway Cities.
