Project details

What we need
  • An assessment of Organization's IT infrastructure including costs, speed, reliability and security
  • Advice on various IT services and the cost-benefit associated with each option
  • Potentially more efficient and secure services
  • Note: This does not include tech systems set up or implementation
Additional details

We are considering migrating company data from Dropnox to MS Office(Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint) and first need to understand if this is the right thing to do and then how we go about it.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an IT support company to liaise with, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have (or will have soon) a staff working group, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,001 , allowing us to focus efforts of operational and project staff elsewhere at a very busy time

Our data is our business and we want to improve how we access it as well as how we use it to work together better - improving our communication and collaboration is key

Our mission

Our mission is to help governments, businesses, and financial institutions drive economic growth while addressing climate change. Our vision is to build a sustainable, resilient, and inclusive global economy.

What we do

Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) works to improve the most important energy and land use policies around the world, with a particular focus on finance. CPI supports decision makers through in-depth analysis on what works and what does not. CPI works in places that provide the most potential for policy impact, including Brazil, Europe, India, Indonesia, Kenya and the United States. Our work helps nations grow while addressing increasingly scarce resources and climate risk. This is a complex challenge in which policy plays a crucial role. CPI is a small but dynamic organization, with a global reach and an entrepreneurial culture. We work hard to maintain an idea-driven, collaborative environment across all our teams.
