- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey

What we have in place
- SJCA has changed direction over the past year and we would like to hear from our members (800+) about our new direction and what services, programs, resources they would like to see us develop. We are taking a community asset-based approach to programming and we want to make sure that we are establishing a reciprocal communication network (we send out information to the field AND we receive information from the field) that emphasizes feedback, ideas, and suggestions from our constituents.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to focus our resources to support the programs and capacity-building efforts to help the cultural community thrive.
This project is key to understanding if our new direction is having the desired positive impact on the cultural communities we serve.

Our mission
SJCA's mission is to strengthen South Jersey's cultural community by connecting them to information, resources, and each other. SJCA envisions a region where individuals of all ages and backgrounds are engaged and enriched through arts, history, and culture, and where communities prosper through a creative economy.
What we do
SJCA extends membership benefits to all arts, culture, history, cultural community groups, and independent artists in each of the state's southern eight counties (Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean, and Salem). We are striving to represent the full spectrum of arts, culture, and history in our region and work towards a more equitable and inclusive South Jersey cultural community.
