What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

- We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have policies and procedures, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to ensure our staff understands the organization, responsibilities, accountability, and procedures.
The employee handbook hasn't been updated since 2009, we need to revise it and make sure it is current.

The Mission of the American Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions is to work for the preservation and protection of the culture and traditions of the Tap Pilam Coahuiltecan Nation and other indigenous people of the Spanish Colonial Missions in South Texas and Northern Mexico through: education, research, community outreach, economic development projects and legislative initiatives at the local, state and federal level.
