Project details

What we need
  • 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
  • Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
What we have in place
  • We currently have a Nominating & Governance Committee leading this effort, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a lot of board info pulled together ready to share, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,773 , allowing us to invest more dollars into strategic planning, which we are also undertaking this year.

We have had an incredibly dedicated and talented board and we want to ensure that as the organization grows and evolves, we aremaximising talent on the board and bringing new members on the board who bring skills and experience we don't have. We also want to ensure that our board is living up to its governance responsibilities and how it can continually strive to learn and improve.
