What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

We have a WordPress website and use the plugin Beaver Builder to help with design. I have an example of what we would like the site to look like now, but it will take custom coding - and will need to make desktop and mobile friendly.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a website and a sample of what we want it to look like, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have me to help you along the way!, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to educate more children in rural extreme poverty

We would like to update and "revamp" our website after building it out 2 years ago it definitely needs a clean/fresh look again.

Prep: Share Scope of Changes
  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site
