  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

I'm the Exec. Director of a dance company and I need to have our dancer's handbook reviewed, especially for our Covid 19 policies. I, also, have a question about unpaid apprenticeships.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an existing handbook that was revised in 2020, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 2 leaders interested in the best approach to HR, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to spent money on salaries and not make a costly HR mistake

We need to have our handbook reviewed by a knowledgeable professional. Unfortunately, we lost a board member who had been a HR attorney and would review our handbook annually. With HR laws, practices changes constantly for Covid, we need someone to help us state best approach in this ever changing environment
