What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

Add photos and bios on staff
rework the event page
redesign layout to the whole site
redesign home page and layout
We have old version of WordPress- need to update this

What we have in place
  • We currently have employee photos and bios, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the current content is available on the website, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to continue focusing the current funds available to prevention and awareness programs.

The content on our site is good per our last Catchafire consultation, the content needs to be updated, reworked, and user friendly.

Prep: Share Scope of Changes
  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site
