I'd like strategic advice on setting up email templates in Salesforce that included pre-populated data fields from forms. I'm also seeking advice on streamlining the lead conversion process.

Our mission
Charlottesville Community Bikes is a nonprofit bicycle shop that promotes environmentally-sound transportation, recycle bicycles, and make cycling accessible in Charlottesville, VA.
What we do
- Provide free bikes to adults in need through our Voucher Bike Program
- Provide free bikes to kids 12 and under
- Serve as an educational facility to empower patrons to service and maintain their own bikes.
- Refurbish bikes to offer affordable bikes to the community
- Bicycle repairs and classes
- Host volunteers
- Advocate for improved bike and pedestrian infrastructure
