What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
Create a Microsoft EXCEL file designed to import data on members in Salesforce (customized fields). Create reports on these fields on members.
What we have in place
- We currently have Salesforce account and license for a user, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have fields that we want to enter in Salesforce, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to save on hiring an outside consultant to create these spreadsheets, import to Salesforce, and create customized reports.
This project will allow us to track data that we will use to make our value proposition to members and prospective members.
