What we need
- 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
- Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
- Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details
I will be managing some associates and I would like to explore and determine my leadership style. Some elements I'd like to work on are decisiveness, time management and effective delegation of responsibilities.
What we have in place
- We currently have detailed job descriptions and matrix of responsibilities, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a strategic plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to put funds towards free journals and programs for students.
As we grow, we must create systems and management styles that are effective and conducive to building upon the culture and organization that we have built.

We provide personal narrative presentations, workshops, and training to students, parents, and educators throughout Southern California.
