Project details

What we need
  • Creation of a Facebook Ad Campaign for a pre-determined number of ads including advertising objectives, target audience, budget, and schedule
  • Training on how to successfully update, monitor, and measure the performance of your ads on Facebook
  • Facebook pixel creation, if appropriate
Additional details

We'd like to have a Facebook Ad Campaign for our Journey Through Literacy, a virtual awareness event series that takes participants on a journey of how adults improve their lives through literacy. Runs from September 8-22.

We'd like to target current followers, their friends, and increase followers. We'd also like to communicate this event outside our current network to people interested in education, literacy, social change, and health.

Budget: $250-500.

What we have in place
  • We currently have marketing and communication plan & canva templates, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have outcome measure, some targets identified, event description, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to focus more on building the capacity of our literacy members statewide and support the nearly 16,000 adults and families served.

We work statewide and nationally towards improving literacy and health literacy, but can struggle to get our message outside the "choir." WL struggles communicating the importance of adult literacy to donors who have many options for giving. As a result of communication challenges, funding is often donor restricted, affecting WL's ability to execute its mission and community-based adult literacy is often underrepresented in statewide discussions regarding education and employment
