What we need
  • Training on how to create video content for web and specific social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • List of recommendations and best practices for shooting a video
  • Instructions for how to post videos to respective social media platforms
Additional details

I'd like to update/add to the video content on our website as well as create content for our social media channels and newsletter (from the field, before/after, testimonials). I'd also like to discuss/learn more about the best way to use donor thank you videos.

What we have in place
  • We have multiple construction projects in progress that I could get footage from. We also have a few past clients we could use for testimonials.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to put that money toward client services and increase our fundraising capacity.

One of our goals for this quarter is to increase the engagements of our donor base (prospects and current) in our digital communications. Video is a powerful way to do that and show the impact of their donation/work in the community. By sharing those stories in a more visual way, I think we can get additional donations to help more people.

  • Professional shares tips and best practices for creating videos - including necessary equipment, determining location/background settings, camera placement, etc.

  • Professional instructs Volunteer Manager how to post videos directly to each specified social media platform
  • Professional remains available for follow up questions for up to two weeks
