What we need
- Analysis of accounting needs and assessment of Organization’s current accounting practices
- Recommendations for process improvements for enhanced reporting
- Recommendations on appropriate bookkeeping system such as a spreadsheet or Quickbooks and related costs (if necessary)
- Note: This does not include accounting systems set up or implementation
Additional details
We use quickbooks online. We want to make sure that we have the best system set up and also would like to find a more streamlined way to do monthly reporting that matches up with the budget.
What we have in place
- We currently have quikckbooks and reports from it, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the past two year's budgets, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,564 , allowing us to continue to provide programming including adding a new program.
We have only been tracking finance in a systematic way for less than two years. The staff member in charge of this does no have a background in finance and accounting so we want to make sure that 1)everything is being done correctly and 2) that we have our systems set up so that someone else can take over easily if that become necessary.
