Presentation Template Creation

Project details

What we need
  • Design of a presentation template based on Organization's visual branding guidelines
  • Creation of 10-15 different slide types in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Keynote, or another presentation software that can be customized for various needs
Additional details

We want to create a presentation/pitch deck for sponsors for our Fall Fundraiser. This will include an event description and sponsorship levels. We have lots of great photos and other supporting branding materials and would like help setting sponsorship levels and creating a persuasive deck

What we have in place
  • We currently have logo/photos/videos and other materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Brand board and visual assets, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to Feed thousands of people who are food insecure and reduce the climate change impact of food waste

We are having an in person fundraiser this fall and want to engage sponsors to support this event.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Preliminary Concepts
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss potential use cases for presentation so that volunteer knows the types of slides to create

Milestone 2: Template Creation
  • Professional drafts slides in desired format (e.g., Powerpoint, Google Slides, Prezi), and incorporates any feedback to create final product

Milestone 3: Final Draft & Training
  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format
  • Professional provides training on how to use template to create presentations

For almost 15 years, our community powered organization has recovered food that would otherwise be thrown away by grocery stores, restaurants, offices and farmers markets and delivered it to organizations that feed the hungry.
