Additional details
We are a non-profit preschool looking to re-organize and update our strategic plan. Part of this plan includes an employee retention plan (benefits, pay structure, incentives, etc.).
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions, salary scale, and a benefits package, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have financial statements, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to provide better incentives for our employees.
We are re-evaluating our strategic plan and need assistance in creating a better plan moving forward to retain our employees. Although we have a benefits package, I feel we can do more for our employees with regards to retirement plans, incentives for milestone employees (years of service), a better salary scale, etc.
