Project details
What we need
- A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details
A professionally designed illustration of instructions on how to print.
Provide a concise and accurate DIY walkthrough of each step, to be translated into a policy/hand/look book for printing and digital assets.
We would like to create an organized vlog on Youtube that will clearly states how to make document preparations across every type of product we print.
What we have in place
- We currently have print shop files and catalogs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have FAQs that will accompany the videos that you make, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to to direct funds to instruction and central employee/student services development.
Press time is the more expensive part of printed media. Proofing serves as a verification tool for the accuracy of the resolution, image quality, bleed, trapping (color overlap), and imposition of a print job before it goes to press.
In order to get a short turnaround for Hard-Copy Proofing, Prepress Proofing, or Contract Proofing we need to either automate this process or have JOB AIDs readily accessible to walk through the trim, cutting, slitting, conversion, pixel resolution, and resizing.
