What we have in place
  • We currently have a Strategic Plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a current mission and vision statement, with core values, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to provide more resources to our Prince George's County beneficiaries.

We want to ensure that the mission and vision statements and core values align with the beneficiaries that we are dedicated to serving. Having a clear mission, vision, and value statement will help us create programs/products/services supporting families coping with Pregnancy and Infant Loss (PAIL) and infertility.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with existing mission, vision and/or values, as well as annual reports and other relevant background materials

Milestone 1: Information Gathering & Outline
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss prep materials, the current vision, and future plans
  • Professional creates an outline for the mission, vision & values and incorporates any feedback from the Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares the first draft
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which the Professional incorporates
