What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)

We need help use create an on brand social media campaign that "messages and provides awareness on the risk of substance misuse among HIV+ Black and Latino gay and bisexual men, and the importance of seeking care and treatment, as well as the risk behaviors associated with HIV transmission". This campaign should include a series of 3-4 imagines with messaging that will fit social media and web use. We have the photos already but need help using them in the campaign i.e. graphics, text, etc.

What we have in place
  • We currently have photos and messaging intent complete, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a prototype, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to continue to invest in direct service needs and materials.

We are actively looking to engage and strengthen the Black and Brown queer communities, improve health outcomes, and provide healing services in this campaign. That is what our agency has done for 30 years!

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
