What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details
The focus for this project will be on our overall total rewards offerings (incentive plans, non-monetary rewards and benefits, etc.) excluding base salary as we have good benchmarking data for salary.
What we have in place
- We currently have information on current benefits, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a draft updated Employee Handbook, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to continue to support the non-profit/for impact organizations in our community.
As part of this project, we're hoping to learn about best practices and leading edge/innovative ideas regarding overall compensation packages and benefits. One of the main goals is to be sure we offer a very competitive benefits package that attracts, retains and rewards our employees - while also being fiscally responsible.
