Project details

What we need
  • A compelling narrative, or set of stories
  • Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
  • Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
  • Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
Additional details

We are a fairly young paralysis recovery center in the Raleigh, NC area. We have some great stories and I'd like to work with someone to figure out how best to use them.

What we have in place
  • We currently have several clients you can talk to, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a very knowledgeable staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to purchase new equipment for our center or give additional financial aid to more clients.

Being able to tell moving stories will help us in our fundraising efforts as well as help us grow our client-base.

Testimonials

Ben was great to work with. He helped me develop a list of interview questions to walk our clients through telling their stories. Our next step is to set up a time with a local videographer to video these interviews with clients and then edit them down. We expect this project to be completed by the end of the year or early January. Ben was integral in getting us to this point.
