What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional details

We have worked with a group to do a content calendar, with them creating content, but we are running out of content. We would like a 4 week content calendar with content to share on our social media to increase use of our community resource website, www.RacineCountyFamilyResources.com

What we have in place
  • We currently have a sample content calendar that we have used before, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some images and content already created, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to pay for targeted ads in Facebook and Google.

We have recently created a community website that has a full list of community resources, a mental health referral pathway, community calendar, and library of health information. We want to have the community become aware of this great resource.

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
