We are a small fundraising women's foundation in an area that does not have a lot of big funders but has a decent group of committed but aging donors in Western MA. We have 6 staff though 2 are PT
What We Have In Place
- I have been very successful in almost 4 years at the fund and will be at the helm for 3 more years. I want to strengthen board, make more equitable HR policies/procedures and figure out how to manage expectations for sustaining our fund or scaling by possibly merging with another fund.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to put more money into our community where women and girls are very economically vulnerable due to pre-existing economic conditions and then COVID-19 economic fallout.
Help a very good leader become extraordinary for a small but mighty fund.
