Project details

What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
What we have in place
  • We currently have lots of pictures and a history of post, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have someone new to the team who can easily communicate with you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to focus our small resources on delivering the program.

We need our story told, and I don't have the capacity to take this on. We have an awesome program for the summer and we need our funders and partners to see that.

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
