Project details

What we need
  • Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
  • Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
  • Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details

We have a new staff member who needs training on how to manage her google drive and integrating other workplace software.

What we have in place
  • We currently have access to all of the software needed, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the staff member who needs training, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,644 , allowing us to pay our staff.

The new staff member has been with us a month. When she is proficient in google drive etc. she'll be able to collaborate on and share documents in a timely fashion, keeping our workflow going smoothly. As a team of three, this is essential.

It's a bit tricky to find a suitable schedule for us both in the beginning, but finally I'm glad we made it. It's my pleasure to walk Angela through more advanced functions in Google workspace and let her become more familar with office organizaing tips. Now she could spend less time struggling importing multiple contacts lists into Google contact and be more efficient in holding an online meeting.
