Marketing Strategy Consultation
Project details
What we need
- 3-5 one hour strategy sessions with a marketing professional covering topics like marketing channels, messaging, branding and target audiences
- A written summary of marketing goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
- A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy
- Note: This project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts
Additional details
We want to increase awareness of our Organization within specific groups,
motivate people to take action, we want to understand what marketing channels we should prioritize based on our target audiences.
We have new vision, mission and values we like to promote and need a strategy to reach audiences so they can benefit from our services and programs.
What we have in place
- We currently have a strategic plan, brand book and annual report, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a good amount of followers on social media, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to serve more artists and performers, especially as we all recover from the pandemic
We have a lot of free resource available for the arts community and we want people to use our services, join our community, and be successful at their artistic endeavors. It has felt like we have been stagnant in reaching our marketing goals and we are prioritizing how we engage with our audiences. It is important for us to have a clear plan and starting points for staff to implement.
