What we need
- Initial assessment of areas of strength, targets for improvement and specific areas of focus desired for the coaching sessions
- Up to 6 coaching sessions exploring areas such as motivation, empowerment, collaboration, communication, giving / receiving feedback & conflict management
- Wrap-up session with actionable steps and advice moving forward as a manager
Additional details
I need coaching in moving from a individual role to a department manager role, especially in developing new processes and increasing cross-departmental collaboration. I want to improve in empowering and mentoring my team, but I was recently one of them.
What we have in place
- We currently have a willingness to grow and remote connectivity options, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have lots of ideas and self-reflection assessments, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to work more efficiently and improve employee morale/reduce turnover, saving a lot more money over time.
This new role is part of a larger restructuring of our entire department (and organization). I am the first of potentially several new managers taking advantage of this type of project.
