Project details

What we need
  • Audit of the existing systems and processes; the audit is limited to hiring and termination practices, work scheduling, payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
  • Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
  • Training on maintenance tasks
Additional details

We are looking to review all aspects of our employment processes: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation. We want to ensure that our policies, pay, procedures, contracts, position descriptions, performance management, etc are all sound.

An up-to-date familiarity with Australian HR and employment regulation is essential for this project.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have certain policies, procedure documents, employee contracts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to invest more heavily in our employees (eg by providing them with extra PD) who really do what they do out of love and passion for the organisation and our purpose, rather than for the financial reward.

We want our organisation be as streamlined and professional as possible. We want to ensure that we have consistency in the way we deal with employees and that we improve their experience.

This project involves:
(A) a review/audit of our systems: (i) attraction (ii) recruitment (iii) onboarding (iv) development (v) retention and (vi) separation;
(B) recommendations for how we can improve those systems.

Familiarity with Australian human resources and employment regulation a must.
