Hi - I wasn't sure where to post this, but my need is a little different than the project container. We are looking to roll out more formal decision rights / ownership of work this year and I would love to work with someone on defining some more formality to the design of decision rights in my organization (scope of decision, team engagement (consult) expectations, risk management, issue elevation, budget, managing decision holders, etc.).
What We Have In Place
- We've put some good thought into a lot of this and I'm looking to stitch some stuff together and find the holes in what we have. We've got some thoughts on some process elements to this (what to do / what needed and communicated) and we also defined a set of outcomes we'd like across various lenses in the organization when it comes to effective decision rights deployment. I can share everything we've put together and also share the executive perspective on this (me).
How This Will Help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to It's more than $7k in savings now from a volunteer. It's a 10x (at least) on future growth potential and operational efficiencies from getting out of the way.
For RMMFI to grow and increase our impact, we need to get better at driving more decision rights into the organization. We also need to get our team some tools to not fly blind when making decisions.
