As we move forward from the pandemic, I think this may be good timing for us with this project. Our staff is very committed but very tired, and I think it's a good time to "take the pulse" of where we stand.
What we have in place
- We currently have a small but very dedicated team, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have willingness to learn, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to direct these funds to patient care for the uninsured in our community.
Assessing our workplace culture and learning ways to help our team be happier and more productive will help us in achieving our mission of caring for those who need us.

Our mission
The mission of the Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic is to provide community-based healthcare for the residents of Gloucester and Mathews counties, and select surrounding areas, who lack health insurance, or are covered by Medicaid. We achieve this through the efforts of volunteers, paid professionals and support staff, and contributions from members of the community who share our values and concern.
What we do
The Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic has provided compassionate care to uninsured adults in Gloucester and Mathews counties since 1998. We provide chronic care, acute care, behavioral health care, specialty care through our community partners, patient health education, and an on-site pharmacy.
