Project details

What we need
  • Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing
Additional details

We would like a leave-behind brochure for our new venture, The Other Side Village. The goal is to drive interest in corporate, foundation, and individual donations in contributing time, money, and advocating for The Other Side Village and alleviating human suffering in the chronically homeless population.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a creative brief, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to create and build The Other Side Village to be the beautiful, clean, uplifting place we want it to be.

The Other Side Village is an audacious project. We are building a community of tiny homes for the chronically unsheltered, and there is a lot of criticism and uncertainty from the community. We need some literature to help drive our message and garner support. This Village will become permanent, dignified housing for hundreds who have been on the street.

Our mission

Provide on-the-job vocational training, education, and basic life skills along with long-term residential housing to former drug/alcohol abusers, homeless and others at no cost to the participant. Participants obtain a minimum of high school equivalency and gain the job and life skills needed to return to various communities as decent, law abiding individuals.

What we do

We are a 2-year minimum residential program for those who have struggled with addiction, incarceration, and homelessness. We teach them to work hard, have a good attitude, and form authentic, healthy connections with others. Our students learn to live with honesty, integrity, and self-respect.
