What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions with a marketing professional covering topics like marketing channels, messaging, branding and target audiences
  • A written summary of marketing goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy
  • Note: This project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts
Additional details

We are planning to have a silent auction to fundraise for our organization in August 2021. We need ideas on how to market this event and create excitement around it. Best practices on planning silent auctions would be helpful as well.

What we have in place
  • We currently have notes from our planning meeting, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have notes from our previous silent auction, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to bring awareness of the programs and services Face to Face provides to youth in our community and expand our donor base.

This project will help us understand how to market virtual fundraising events, raise funds, and expand our donor base. We have had a few virtual events in the past but would like to know how to market an event like the silent auction.

Face to Face works to advance economic and health equity for youth while providing support, access to resources, and opportunities as they build on their strengths and achieve their aspirations.

What we do

Face to Face helps young people ages 11-24 pursue their goals and aspirations, despite the obstacles they face. We do this by providing mental health services, medical services, housing assistance, case management, basic needs assistance, education and employment programs, and more. Through all of our work we seek to reduce and eliminate disparities for young people who are low-income and have been impacted by racism and other forms of oppression.
