What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

We use Wordpress currently. However, we are not sure if this Is the best option for us. We need to be able to add content easily and quickly and by a few different people. Essay person has differing skills for website use.

What we have in place
  • We currently have A website that we use daily., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Really anything you need. We use google drive, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to We could hire a professional to assist us with Fundraising as we are a nonprofit newspaper. It also could allow us to work with our part-timers a bit more to help with the workload

We are a small but mighty team. We have only for paid staff members but all of us are very dedicated. We need to make our processes streamlined to maximize time. An easy to use website will help us achieve our goals!

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site
