What We Need
  • Update to or creation of one new HR policy or procedure, such as any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety & Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation & Benefits policies, Work From Home Policies, etc.
Additional Details

Aloha we are looking to have a business credit card use policy and form created to add to our standard operating procedures. Up until now only the owners have used business credit cards and it was at their discretion. In preparation for future growth this is an important policy to have in place.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have practices relating to expenses, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have other existing policies, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to further streamline our operations and policies that guide best practices for our business.

This project will help us identify, create, and follow a clear policy in regards to the use of the company credit card.

Project Plan

Prep: Discussion of Policy Needs
  • Professional reviews any existing policy materials and gathers clarifying information
  • Volunteer Manager explains what they're looking for in this policy
  • Professional determines if changes need to be made to existing policy(s)
  • Professional determines if the Volunteer Manager needs to collect additional information from employees (i.e., survey results)
Milestone 1: Draft of Policy
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional review a draft of the policy, and determine next steps (i.e., buy-in/approval from additional parties)
Milestone 2: Wrap-up & Learnings
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional confirm final policy
  • Professional makes recommendations for how to distribute or communicate new policy to employees
