What we need
- A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators
Additional details
We are developing an educational partnership with a local school district. The partnership would allow us to provide field trips as well as other programs and resources for our park to all schools within the district. We need to assistance in finalizing our business plan approach to this partnership.
What we have in place
- We currently have a draft of the park's business plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the park's operating budget, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,788 , allowing us to continue to develop the park property and develop the space in order to provide more habitat and park for people and wildlife.
We are creating a 40 acres wetland park in the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans, and want it to be an educational, economic, and natural resource for the community. Creating this partnership with the school district will allow us to provide students and their families with a valuable educational resource in right in their own neigborhood.

For us, the ultimate goal is to support the creation of a local environment that promotes positive health outcomes and builds healthier communities for generations to come.
