- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
- We currently have a fiscal sponsor that assists us with HR back office, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have dedicated staff leadership, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to right size salaries.
As an organization we are trying to create the best leadership structure for that disperses responsibilities among senior leadership and creating an authentic pathway for staff promotion.
