What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We have an employee handbook (approximately 35 pages) and several one-off policies that we need to incorporate into the handbook. We haven't had a good, thorough review of the policies for several years, and have grown substantially in the past two years (from 18 employees to 32 with acquisition of a large project).

What we have in place
  • We currently have the handbook and policies ready to share, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an Executive Director focused on the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,570 , allowing us to keep all unrestricted resources helping our older adults with volunteer coordination, and distribution of basic needs.

This is a very important project for employee satisfaction, compliance, and legal requirements, but it hasn't received the needed attention over the last 18 months due to the pandemic, and our 2019 acquisition of a new, large project.

Our organization aims to support and engage older adults, adults with disabilities, and their family caregivers to help them live meaningful lives. We service Milwaukee County and Waukesha County, Wisconsin with a corps of approximately 1,500 volunteers.
