We have an employee handbook (approximately 35 pages) and several one-off policies that we need to incorporate into the handbook. We haven't had a good, thorough review of the policies for several years, and have grown substantially in the past two years (from 18 employees to 32 with acquisition of a large project).
This is a very important project for employee satisfaction, compliance, and legal requirements, but it hasn't received the needed attention over the last 18 months due to the pandemic, and our 2019 acquisition of a new, large project.
Our organization aims to support and engage older adults, adults with disabilities, and their family caregivers to help them live meaningful lives. We service Milwaukee County and Waukesha County, Wisconsin with a corps of approximately 1,500 volunteers.
