What we need
- A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
- A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
- Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
- Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
Additional details
I would like a 360 review so all staff can participate, be able to discuss it with each employee and have it be transparent. We have a staff of 14
What we have in place
- We currently have Org chart, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Job responsibilities, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to Invest in laptops which we are in great need!
Honest constructive feedback aligns with who we are. We need to look at ourselves to see our areas for improvement but also to recognize our strengths. We serve youth so we need to understand our capabilities first.

To empower society's most vulnerable youth to develop positive self-sustaining lives by igniting their passion through engaged education, and to serve as a model for systemic change and social justice in education.
Our C/HOPE program for incarcerated youth has successfully redirected many of our students into independent schools, colleges, and/or the mainstream workforce and has the recidivism rate.
Our C/FORWARD program supports foster youth to complete high school and higher education.
Since 1995, the Coalition has helped thousands of youth transition into stable, fulfilling lives.
