  • An Excel spreadsheet custom-built specifically for the Organization's finances
  • Training on how to use the spreadsheet to understand the current financial situation and predict future states (e.g., plan for budget increases or decreases, hiring, and other key drivers)

Rootead Enrichment Center is entering a Development Project, so our business plan needs to be updated & needs to include:

MAJOR NEEDS THAT NEED ATTENTION:
- Overall Organization Budget for the next 4 years.
- Revenue Details - Earned & Contributed Revenue: How will we sustain?
- High-Level Budget for overall fundraising & building development overall
- Utilize quotes from architects, contractors, and equivalent buildings to create building expenses projections for the next 4 years.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Business Plan Draft, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Financial Information & Feasibility study for campaign, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $14,474 , allowing us to Invest into other aspects of the development project, such as our project manager salary & other fundraising costs.

The project will help cultivate a plan for donors to provide funding for our building development project. This will create space for our organization to house programming and services to significantly expand the impact on the community.

  • Professional analyzes current accounting system, and recommends improvements to data gathering, reporting, or implementation of new bookkeeping software
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which Professional incorporates
