What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Currently have an employee handbook but it needs to be updated.
What we have in place
- We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a HR Consultant, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $12,880 , allowing us to have a stronger new employee orientation, better communication and improve our employee retention rate.
The current employee handbook is outdated and a department created a handbook for their department it overlaps information in the outdated handbook. We need to have just one handbook for all staff.
