What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We do have a current Employee Handbook but it has been a few years since the last review.
What we have in place
- We currently have an Employee Handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Policies and Procedures (finalizing), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to provide Adult Day Health Center services at a reduced rate to 2 adults with cognitive impairments for 1 month.
AGE is poised to grow by 1/3 when we open our new building in South Austin hopefully in 2023. We need to be ready. Also, post-COVID, reviewing policies in the manual and updating based on what we learned is important.
