Project details

What we need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details

Deliverables as stated in the expected outcomes are exactly what is needed. Additionally, good to note this is a startup sized organization in its second year as an independent organization, that centers inclusion and equity.

What we have in place
  • We have the materials needed to get you started. However, because we have such a small staff, that while I'm managing this project I will connect you directly with our ED at some point so she can provide salary information to you directly.

We can set up a Gdrive to share documents, unless you prefer to use something else.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to further the work of our members programs.

We currently have no transparent salary structure, nor a review process that helps to map out a path for growth. We're challenged as a small org to identify relevant and meaningful ways to attract, retain and develop competitive talent.
